M/s XcelSolutions Business Consulting has been formed as a Boutique Consulting Firm which shall be undertaking assignments beyond End to End HR/IR Solutions- which is the forte of Founder Mr Praveen Kumar Sinha, Ex-Chief(HRM),Tata Steel,West Bokaro Division Given the fact that in the present days situation addressing the concerns related to HR has been put away on the back burner by most of the industries,this idea of teaming up with other domain experts has come to the fore.

This new start up of creating a multi domain consulting platform germinated from the fact that there are a large number of domain experts who have experience of 35-40 years but due to pandemic and freeze on recruitment there are very few and far between post retirement assignments for such people. It thus made sense to team up with these experts who know their onions extremely well but hesitant to seek assignments from the industry. We felt that there is huge gap in expertise for various processes and sub process in the industry-whether its Steel or Power or Mining.A large number of industries are in huge need for various clearances related to Environment &Forest ; land as well as real estate related needs.
